My new MacBook
My new MacBook has arrived yesterday and I just finished installing all the applicationa I need (after an erase and install of MacOS X). The photo is a little too dark ... but I really like the Hellgate background :-)
Tomorrow I should receive my 2GB of ram, ordered through ebay.com at http://www.omnitechnologies.biz/ for $180 (with shipping and handling to Italy, it seems like a very good price for me. In Italy it costs nearly twice as much).
So far it seems to be a very good and well designed machine, and I agree with Bartelme's review ... only the WiFi network is giving me a lot of trouble, Airport seems to lose connection with my wireless router very frequently with no apparent reasons. I suspect this is a known issue of the new MacBook and I hope to see a fix from Apple soon.

Just remember to keep your hands clean! I hope you don't get the yellow patches that some people have been reporting.

Oh yes, you are right ... even if I think that Apple is aware of the problem and it is starting replacing defected MacBooks.
