Another valuable info can come from our online forum where in addition to SQLabs's support engineers, there are many knowledgeable users on these forums, so questions are often answered within hours.
Email Technical Support
If you need to send us email, help us to help you more quickly by providing the following information with your question or bug report:
- The version of Operating System that you are running, as well as any updates that have been applied (such as MacOS X 10.3.8 or Windows XP SP2).
- The version of the product that you are using.
- A good description of the problem you are seeing, what happens versus what you'd expect to have happen or what happened in previous version of the software.
